Terms of Service

Effective date: February 12, 2026. These Terms govern your use of LyricBridge, operated by Techa LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LyricBridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use LyricBridge.
  • You are responsible for your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Use the service lawfully and responsibly.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access or abuse of the platform.
  • Do not interfere with service performance or security.
  • Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create in LyricBridge. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are solely responsible for the legality of your content and any permissions needed for lyrics or related materials.

5. Third-Party Services

LyricBridge may integrate with third-party services, including Supabase, Stripe, Google sign-in, YouTube, and lyric/metadata providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies.

Advertising technology may also be provided by Google on eligible pages. See our Advertising Policy and Cookies Policy for more details.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features are offered through subscription plans processed by Stripe. Prices, features, and plan limits may change. Billing cycles, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under applicable law and Stripe checkout terms.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if needed to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.

You may stop using LyricBridge at any time and may request account deletion via support.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

LyricBridge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techa LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Techa LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of LyricBridge or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice in the app or by email where appropriate.
